Client Service Representatives (multiple openings including bilingual French position)
Do you have an upbeat personality, great computer application skills and want to use your business skills in a professional, progressive environment? Our client service representatives (CSRs) work on behalf of some of the most well-known companies in social media, technology and manufacturing to collect on past due business accounts by using diverse account treatment plans, providing variety in your workday. Using ABC-Amega’s proprietary software system, SoftCall®, CSRs manage portfolios by working with both clients and their customers to positively impact the clients’ bottom line using outstanding customer service techniques.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; or 3 years experience in customer service in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous telephone experience required, strong computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office.

Ideal Candidate will also have: Experience with B2B communications, good time management skills, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, ability to learn from constructive criticism, ability to function independently and under pressure.

Account Representative (English and bilingual openings in Portuguese and Italian)
Are you a great communicator with stellar computer and organizational skills? Do you love working with people and using your business acumen to develop solutions and provide results?

Our professional account representatives work on behalf of some of the largest and most well-known companies in the world to collect on past due accounts. Collectors at ABC manage accounts for clients who have customers in the U.S., Canada and throughout the world. By using our proprietary software system, ABC-Collect, and a combination of telephone calls, emails, letters and faxes, you’ll be responsible for corresponding with both debtors and our clients to manage primarily small claims accounts.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; or 3 years experience in customer service in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous telephone experience required, strong computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office.
