This position is fully remote. Interviewing, training, and working will be conducted remotely in your home.
ABC-Amega also as a corporate office in Buffalo, NY that employees are welcome to work in on occasion.
Working collaboratively with Quality Assurance & Training leadership, the full-time Quality and Training Specialist is responsible for monitoring overall staff productivity and for completing regular call, transaction, and account reviews. They will also assist in building training tools, identifying training needs, and facilitating training classes with the goal to support and enhance the overall training process and ensure consistent quality standards.
If you possess a keen attention to detail, along with the ability and desire to train and mentor, then this could be the position for you! In this role, you’ll:
- Complete regular transaction and account reviews to ensure compliance to key metrics, client expectations, processes and procedures
- Prepare reporting and analyses for ad hoc and scheduled call reviews to be used during employee coaching and review sessions
- Identify training needs, aide in the development of training tools and materials, as well as support and facilitate training classes
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Business-Related Function, preferred. In lieu of degree, 2-4 years’ experience in a service-based role, preferably B2B. Must be comfortable with leading meetings and public speaking.
We’re looking for self-directed individual with top-notch time management and organization skills who is adept at working in multiple computer systems. Experience with Microsoft Office software: proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required, knowledge of MS PowerPoint preferred. Above average professional writing and communication skills expected. Previous experience with quality assurance, management, coaching, and/or developing training procedures is a plus.
