ABC-Amega's Upcoming Educational Webinar
Keys to Successful Negotiations in Collections

Wednesday, October 18, 2017 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm EST (11:00 am - 12:30 pm PST)

You issue credit, provide the goods and services, but then the customer doesn’t pay. Sometimes a simple phone call will clear up the problem, but other times a resolution is much more difficult to achieve.

We negotiate in different ways every day.  It can be with your spouse, children, co-workers or business customers.  This program will cover how you can negotiate effectively, with results that serve the interests of both parties or, in some cases, helping you judge when to just walk away. Bob Shultz will share more than 30 years of financial and credit experience to help you improve your collections negotiation skills, focusing on:

Negotiation Preparation
Effective Communication Techniques
Negotiation Tactics
How to Create a Win-Win Solution

The program will include skills, tips and tricks for effective collections negotiations by letter/email, over the telephone or face to face. The webinar will conclude with a live Q & A session.
