Customer Service Representative

Do you have an upbeat personality, great computer application skills and want to use your business skills in a professional, progressive environment?

This position will work from home temporarily due to COVID-19.

Our customer service representatives (CSRs) work on behalf of some of the most well-known companies in social media, technology and manufacturing to collect on past due business accounts by using diverse account treatment plans, providing variety in your workday. Using ABC-Amega’s proprietary software system, SoftCall®, CSRs manage portfolios by working with both clients and their customers to positively impact the clients’ bottom line using outstanding customer service techniques.


High school diploma or GED; or 1 year experience in customer service in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous telephone experience required, strong computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office.

Ideal candidate will also have: Experience with B2B communications, good time management skills, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, ability to learn from constructive criticism, ability to function independently and under pressure.
