Customer Service Representative

Do you have outstanding customer service skills, computer application acumen and a desire to use your business skills in a professional, progressive environment?

This position will work from home temporarily due to COVID-19.

As a customer service representative (CSR), you’ll be responsible for making good on promises by helping our clients – some of the most well-known companies in manufacturing, media and technology – get paid for the products or services they provide.

  • Using ABC-Amega’s proprietary software system, SoftCall®, and your customer service skills, you’ll assist our clients’ customers with their past due business accounts.
  • You’ll work directly with our clients’ accounts payable departments to obtain necessary information to help their customers pay past due invoices.
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in a professional office setting or call center; Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
Ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Multitasking is a must as well as being detail-oriented, motivated and organized. We value independent, self-starters who can function independently and under pressure.
