Bilingual Account Representative (English & Spanish)

This position is fully remote. Interviewing, training, and working will be conducted remotely in your home.
You’ll be responsible making good on promises by helping our clients – some of the most well-known companies in manufacturing, media and technology – get paid for the products or services they provide.
Bilingual Account Representatives work with our clients and their customers to collect on past due business accounts:
- Outstanding customer service skills are key to improving our clients’ bottom line
- Work directly with the Accounts Payable department of our clients to obtain information needed to help their customers pay past due invoices
As a strictly business-to-business collections agency, you will never call anyone about their personal debt – no credit card debt, medical bills, or student loans. We only call businesses that have past due invoices with our clients.
High School Diploma/GED and English and Spanish fluency in verbal and written communication is required. One year in a professional office setting or call center is preferred, as is Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel. Multitasking is a must as well as being detail-oriented, motivated and organized.

If hired, your first few months with us will be an introductory period, during which we will evaluate the success of our employment relationship. If the employment relationship is successful, and if both parties wish it to continue long term, we will award a bonus to you.
