Performance Measurements that Demonstrate the Credit Department's Value

Tuesday, March 27, 2018 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm EST (11:00 am - 12:30 pm PST)

The saying goes, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it". This presentation focuses on credit department benchmarking from two important perspectives: performance and effectiveness.

Our presenter, Robert Shultz, will discuss a variety of useful performance measurements and productivity benchmarking tools.  He will illustrate how each tool is calculated, with an emphasis on the value that can be derived for stakeholders both in and outside of the credit department.

The session will address:
• Measurements to demonstrate the credit department's performance relative to key company priorities
• How credit managers can measure the department's bottom line contribution to the company
• The impact credit and collections has on the company's overall cash-to-cash cycle
• How credit managers can determine if their department is staffed appropriately
• How to report results for both the credit department and the company's management teams

This session is ideal for Credit Managers, Supervisors and Analysts who want to learn more about how to demonstrate their department’s overall value to the company.
