Robert (Bob) S. Shultz
With more than 30 years of hands-on management experience in credit and collection management, Bob has held positions in a variety of industries working for large multi-national organizations including Xerox, Dataproducts and Sony Pictures Entertainment. In 2001, he became a Founding Partner of Quote to Cash Solutions (Q2C) LLC, a consulting firm that has helped clients improve their quote to cash performance, efficiency and costs. In this role, he also provides management coaching, training and expert witness support. Bob has been an active volunteer and speaker various credit industry organizations, and he worked as part of the UCLA Extension Advisory Board to create a certificate program in Credit Analysis and Management for which he teaches on the subject of credit analysis.
