Riker Named Dir. of Operations

ABC-Amega Inc. has named Thomas J. Riker, Director of Operations for its SoftCall™ first party collections outsourcing division. In addition to responsibilities associated with managing the division's outsourcing collection and customer retention staff, Tom will drive implementation of new outsourcing projects.

Tom, who previously held the position of Operations Manager for ABC-Amega's SoftCall™ Division, has more than 30 years experience in call center operations. He has served as Director of Call Center Operations for Cablevision, Director of Operations for DigiVision Satellite Services, and Customer Service and Administration for Prime Cable.
