New Hire Underscores ABC-Amega Commitment to Lead A/R Industry in Technology
Buffalo, NY – ABC-Amega Inc., a global commercial receivable management firm headquartered in Buffalo, NY, has named Greg Rehwoldt director of information technology.
Greg will be responsible for expanding the corporate IT approach and developing a long-term technology plan that will maintain ABC-Amega’s position as a technology leader in the account receivable management industry. His involvement will also include managing the corporate IT department and developing product offerings to help the company utilize technology in creative ways.
According to CEO, David Herer, “Our organization has been developing in-house systems since the early 1970’s and has years of experience integrating our systems with those of our clients. With the growing reliance on technology to create effective business solutions, ABC-Amega is committed to harnessing the power of new technology to stay on the leading edge of the receivable management industry. One of Greg’s primary goals will be to globalize our technology by integrating systems utilized by our U.S., Chinese and European offices. He is also tasked to lead the development of our next generation collection operating system.”
Greg joins ABC-Amega with a background in IT and systems engineering. His previous employment includes manager and consulting assignments for DuPont, Science Applications International Corporation and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He was a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force where he was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for outstanding leadership ability, initiative and dedication.
Greg holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He has a B.S. in engineering and an MBA with a concentration in finance.
