Credit Information Division Alignment of Personnel Underscores Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Buffalo, NY – ABC-Amega Inc., a global commercial receivable management firm headquartered in Buffalo, New York, announces several changes in its Credit Information Division personnel structure designed to enhance the level of the services it provides to its credit interchange groups.
Michael Meyers, who has been an integral part of ABC-Amega's IT function since 1974, has been named Business Systems Architect, and will concentrate on corporate-wide systems implementation including system development efforts within the Credit Information Division.
Robert Gagliardi has re-joined ABC-Amega and been named Director, Member Group Services with responsibility for four of the company's six credit groups.
Rosanne Battaglia has been promoted to Assistant Group Administrator where she will assist group Directors with group meeting administration, customer service, and quality control.
Colleen Laughlin has joined ABC-Amega as New Business Development Representative focusing on marketing and group growth.
