Senior  Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Melanie provides overall direction to ABC-Amega's Global Operations teams as well as assisting the CEO and president in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. Utilizing her more than 20 years of human resources experience, she is also responsible for management of the firm's human resources function.
Melanie began her association with ABC-Amega in 2000 under contract as Human Resources Consultant. In 2001, she came on board as the company's Human Resources Manager. She has since served as Vice President, Corporate Resources and Executive Director of Human Resources.
Prior to assuming a position at ABC-Amega, Melanie was Principal for Human Resources Advantage, a consulting operation for entrepreneurs and small business throughout WNY and Rochester. She holds a BA in Economics from the State University College of New York at Buffalo and has completed graduate studies in Creativity and Innovation.
